Biography

Jean-Marc Ferrandi is the director of the LARGECIA (Research Laboratory in Management Sciences and Economics for Food Consumption and Innovation), ONIRIS, Nantes, France. He is also member of the French Marketing Association Board and of the IDEFI EcoTrophelia Board. His research is related to consumer behavior: food perceived proximity, food nostalgia and authenticity, eco-innovation and nutritional observance.
