Mélanie Motts holds a master degree in applied Computer sciences for business and management. She worked for 10 years for Atos, a leader in digital services, as a Business Intelligence consultant. She designed, developped and set up data analytics projects for various companies such as Renault, SNCF or Paris Airport. Melanie has an expert knowledge of all the steps of a data project implementation: design, developpment, advice and user assistance.
She has recently joined Weenove, a French start up company, where she guides and advizes the clients in the set up of their data projects with Biwee. Biwee is a simple solution that allows any business user to see, analyze and play with data in order to extract all of its potential value.
Today, she leads Weenove’s customer guidance strategy, in order to help the customers guarantee that the data-driven culture takes hold in the company, and is accepted and fostered by the entire organization.
In parallel, she also teaches data analytics at the ESG business school, Bordeaux, and to future engineers.
